The Twisted Sister
Matthew and Aine met working in London's specialty coffee scene. Since then, Aine has gone on to open The Twisted Sister a cafe and wine bar. Aine brought Matthew into the project as a consultant, trainer, and coffee roaster. Matthew works closely with Aine and her team to develop their coffee menu including their house espresso, single origin filter offerings, and seasonal specials.
