About Fourways Coffee Roasters

Fourways is a nano-roastery. It is owned and operated by a single person - Matthew - and all coffee is roasted in micro batches. As a child, Matthew spend his summers at Fourways; his grandparents farm in County Down. His grandmother was a baker and grandfather a welder - both professions combine artistry, technical skill, and machinery to create things for people. Matthew sees his love of coffee roasting as a continuation of this family tradition and a way to find meaning and community in the present through connecting with his past.

Currently there is only one shipping option available - Royal Mail 48hrs tracked and is a fixed price of £3.55 up to 2kg. Shipping options will be expanded in the future but for now it helps keeps operations manageable.

All bags are 250g. 1kg options are coming soon!
